Chubby`s Bar and Grill in Atlanta

Food was great Service was outstanding

The facts: I wasn't expecting much here because it honestly looks like a bit of a dive both inside and out. My salad came in a plastic clam shell 'take out' container with a plastic fork. It was basically bagged salad mix and a tiny cup of Kraft salad dressing. The iced tea was obviously instant and not good at all. There are 2 tables and the counter at the bar. The food was retrieved from a freezer next to the dining tables. In short: The onion rings were very good and the burger was one of the best I've had. The home made cherry pie was pretty good, too. The place isn't much to look at since it is a bar, but the food is mostly good and the employees friendly.

Bless this restaurant my husband is a truck driver and needed dinner and was unable to locate a place to deliver to him at hotel, not only did this place delivery his dinner they paid it forward by not charging him. i am so thankful there are places like this still around in these troubling times. Nice place to get a burger and beer in the heart of downtown Atlanta.

Very nice bar. A little small at times but for the most part it is just fine. The food is excellent based off my visit and my sisters review. I hear the grill is about 100 years old and has excellent flavor. Not many tables though so be prepared to not have a place to sit. Service seemed just fine the night I was there. I really like the liquor cabinet behind the bar. If only it could talk....

Chubbys very much has a hometown bar vibe if your local you can't walk in without seeing somebody you know. The food is always superb comfort food. The pepper jack cheese bites are what keep me going. The beer is cheap, the food is good what else could you want?

Excellent food, drink and service! All around A+! We were on the road and pulled over for dinner, needless to say we will be back!! The bartender was crazy busy and still did excellent!
